How is everyone feeling?
There has been a significant shift in energy, which happened after the eclipse. You might be feeling uneasy, anxious, lost, confused, even a little bit crazy. Others maybe feeling more disconnected, disorientated, unmotivated, etc. People around you might be playing up more than usual. Energy clashes are happening more and more.
We highly recommend releasing this energy by utilising the consumption protocol. Follow this up with the shielding protocol(s).
Try to also meditate for at least 5 - 10 minutes everyday.
Lastly, use the When Nothing Else Works protocol to perform a clearing of home and work space regularly.

To the SZ community, we hope you're all well. We're about to begin our regular release schedule for 2024. We've been a little quiet for the last couple of months, as we've needed time to work on some major protocols. Some of these energy fields are so subtle that we need to exist, almost in a vacuum, to be able to map their energy signatures properly.
Yes, we have worked on ourselves in 2023, so that we maybe able to access higher vibrations / higher consciousness of the energy fields. It is an exciting time, as we're discovering more of the endless potential of the Universe we exist in.
This year, besides sharing access to all of these powerful fields of energy that exist in nature, we'd like to teach you a few things, which will hopefully lead you to achieving so much more when working with these energy fields.
Firstly, we encourage all of you to establish a habit of meditating daily. It is much needed to counter the energy of the turmoil that exists in the world we live in right now.
The turmoil isn't always deliberate. The world is transcending from a lower vibration to a higher one. It is a 12,000 year process, and we're about 2,000 years into the ascension phase. When we're rising in vibration, it is normal to see people creating more conflict. Everyone reacts to the change in vibration differently. So, meditation will help you balance your vibration, regardless of what is happening in the world around you.
Meditation isn't a complicated task. The idea is to slow down the mind. For this moment, that may last anywhere from a few minutes to maybe half an hour, the goal is just to block out all of the energies that bombard your existence throughout the day. We want to stop all worries, all thought, all external noise, etc. If you can just sit with yourself in the moment, for a few minutes, you've just meditated. If you can take a brief walk outside, without actively thinking about something, you've meditated. Doing this for a few minutes everyday, will be life changing.
Next, we'd like to teach you to separate your consciousness from the character you're playing in this life. All of the mental darkness you carry, all of the worries of life that you have, all of the illnesses, limitations, problems, relationships etc, all belong to the character. You are merely an essence of Source - the Soul - having a human experience. All of the problems belong to the human experience, not to you. If you can practice thinking like this for a few minutes everyday, you'll gain a powerful method of dissolving the energy of everything that you think is a problem right now.
Lastly, begin looking at everything from the point of view of energy. Everything is energy. Whether it be your physical body, or a problem you're facing in life, to money, or the lifestyle you want to live, the food you consume, to the people, in your life, your environment, the movies you watch, etc. It's all just energy.
When you see it this way, you being to establish a powerful connection with the consciousness of energy. You'll begin to notice that energy begins to consciously respond to you. This is when you'll realise the true power of energy fields. You'll understand how to work with them.
We will elaborate on this in the articles we release this year. For the time being, spend a few minutes a day contemplating on the few paragraphs above. Process it. Your reality will begin changing immediately.
The reason why we want you to begin contemplating the above, is because we're going to be releasing some extremely powerful protocols that have near unlimited potential. We'd like everyone of you to reach a level of awareness where you'll be able to truly utilise the power that these energy fields can unleash.
We keep asking everyone to work with the energy, but find that only a small percentage actually do so, hence the majority limit their own potential. We're going to be expanding our guidance to help all of you utilise the power of energy fields to achieve all that you (the soul) desires to experience, as an expression of your existence, in the here and now.

We call our creations 'protocols', which are pure energy fields, which are bound to the file that you're listening to. These are not subliminals, morphic fields or programmed energy.
