Different parts make up the whole. But each part is whole in itself.
The parts are unique and may look different, but they are actually all connected and beautiful in their own way.
Can you feel the energy behind what I’m saying? Feel beyond the words. ✨

"Something to Hold Onto" Original Abstract and Realism Painting
£500
Something to Hold Onto explores the tension between control and release, attachment and freedom. The composition features multiple hands grasping in various directions, symbolizing the human tendency to cling to identity, certainty, and external validation. Some hands appear warped and strained, emphasizing the desperation to hold onto familiar structures—even when they no longer serve us.
The chaotic, glitch-like background represents the distortions of the ego, fueled by societal constructs, technology, and self-imposed narratives. It reflects how the mind attempts to micromanage life, resisting change out of fear. In contrast, fluid yellow splashes overlay the composition, evoking the liberating energy of surrender. These organic forms grow less dense towards the top of the piece, illustrating the process of letting go—moving away from control and closer to one’s true essence.
This painting is a deeply personal reflection on my own journey of relinquishing attachments. Letting go of long-held roles, beliefs, and scarcity-driven mindsets initially brought fear and disorientation, yet it also created space for growth and transformation. Something to Hold Onto is a reminder that true freedom lies not in control, but in trust—the trust that, when we release our grip, life unfolds as it is meant to.

The fear of being seen.
It’s such a big one for so many people now, including me. I just had a huge epiphany about what my calling here is and it’s so FUCKING scary!
We are so scared of our power in a world that demands we stay small.
Being misunderstood is a massive trigger for me but it’s clear that my path leads me through lots of being misunderstood aaaahhh (why did I sign up for this?! 🤣)
Are you feeling the fear of being seen? When does it come up? ✨🫶
