Hi friends!
My name is Jessica and welcome to Cooking with Jessica! I will be sharing super easy and delicious recipes! Most of my recipes are Mexican family recipes and some are random recipes that I enjoy cooking for my guests! I try to make them super easy since I have a full-time job and like most of us, we do not have enough time to cook or the energy! So the easier the recipe the better! I will have some recipes made with a lot of shortcuts, while others can be more detailed for days when you want to take your time and have the time to make a detailed recipe :)
I will also be adding personal vlogs so you can get to know me and anything I may find interesting enough to share :)
