I’ve NEVER seen 48-hour fasts NOT work for someone.

The people I’ve coached who have lost 30-50 pounds in 90 days all used them at some point during those 12 weeks.

When I lost more than 40 pounds in 75 days, I was using 48-hour fasts regularly.

I even coached a woman who had PCOS and couldn’t lose weight regardless of what she tried.
But once she started doing 48-hour fasts consistently, she started losing weight consistently.

Intermittent Fasting causes heart disease…mmhmm. I bet it causes global warming and racism too.

The less reliable the science, the greater the media coverage seems to be.

Oprah's push and support of GLP-1 medications like Ozempic & Wegovy is nothing more than a paid celebrity endorsement.

An hour-long ABC special (now on HULU) features Oprah and her amazing weight loss using GLP-1 injections (which she had previously spoken against, btw). The special features all the most reliable "experts," like representatives from the pharmaceutical companies who profit from these drugs.

But what nobody talks about is how Oprah owns shares in the companies that make money from these drugs (e.g., Weight Watchers, who saw their profits plummeting and quickly adopted an alliance with Big Pharma).

Oprah makes money and profits when these drugs succeed…which means her conflicts of interest make her incredibly untrustworthy.
