Proverbs 3:5 (KJV) “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.”
This Sunday reflection reminds us of a timeless truth: we are called to trust in the Lord with all our heart. When we lean on our own understanding, life feels heavy and uncertain. But when we place our confidence in God, we walk in peace, knowing His wisdom and plans are far greater than ours.

The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.” (Psalm 29:11, KJV)
Psalm 29 reminds us of the powerful voice of God, which rules over the waters, thunders with majesty, and shows His greatness. He is the God who governs the universe with strength, but also the Father who blesses His children with true peace.
This peace does not depend on circumstances but is born from the presence of God in our lives. It is the peace that calms the anxious soul, strengthens the weary heart, and brings rest in the midst of struggles. When we trust in the Lord, we find refuge and spiritual prosperity that the world cannot offer.
Word for today: God not only reigns over heaven and earth; He also reigns over your story. Receive strength to walk and peace to rest.
