Huge shoutout to James for this awesome average right as I got my own! These results were huge for us and meant loads given how much we've both put in to megaminx recently, so this is easily my favourite round I've ever competed in. Videos of my solves will be up very soon! In the meantime, go show @PotatoesAreUs some love :D
ATTENTION ALL !!
We need your help!!! One of my good friends, fellow YouTuber, and generally epic UK cuber, @SwagridCubing , is competing in the CFOPpy Bird Champion of Champions round this week!
For those who don't know, CFOPpy Bird is a game that you can play on your phone, laptop, or desktop, and follows the format of the popular game Flappy Bird. You fly through sets of seven pipes, one for each step of the CFOP method, and drop off your solved cube after each set, then pick up another cube and carry on. You get one point per solved cube, and every point you add to Swagrid's total is another step closer to ultimate victory and legend status.
This is very much a community based game, and you don't need to be a cuber to contribute because it's literally just flappy bird, so tell everyone you know about it and get them to play for SwagridCubing too!
You can play the game here: cfoppy.swiftcubing.com/play.html, and each day you can see the updated leaderboard - make sure you select SwagridCubing as the YouCuber to play for, and that you definitely add your points to the total after every death!
Please also subscribe to @SwagridCubing if you haven't already, he makes top tier cubing videos and has tons of info about CFOPpy Bird and his ultimate quest on his channel, along with some extra incentives for helping him stay in the lead.
We only have until Sunday to get this done, so any spare time you have this week, add a few points to Swagrid's total, and let's make some history!!!
Videos to help improve and build the cubing community, piece by piece.
Hi! I'm Jake, and I'm a 20-year-old speedcuber from the UK! My main event is 5x5, and I use the Hoya method for big cubes, and part of my goal for this channel is to create more resources for people wanting to learn, use, and develop the Hoya method as there are a notable lack of resources currently available for it. I think this method has huge potential, and just needs a bit more development and fast people to prove its worth. I will also be uploading some of my official results, as well as solves at home, commentaries, and other more fun cubing-related videos like competition vlogs and challenges. Hope you enjoy!
