VINTERSEA is extremely proud to announce the addition of our new vocalist, Kayla Dixon!
Kayla has the following message for our incredible fans:
"I first discovered VINTERSEA as a fan back in 2018. Since then, I have come to know and love this band just as much as all of you. Speaking personally as an artist, I have always felt a strong sense of responsibility to take my suffering and my lessons in life and use them to teach and to bring healing and hope to others on a large scale.
The music that we are crafting together is gripping, relevant and most importantly, cathartic. I am so very honored to be a part of something so special and I look to the future with nothing but positive expectation and determination to grasp the hearts and souls of many more as we expand our horizons together."
Kayla comes to VINTERSEA with a wealth of experience and professionalism, having toured the world fronting bands like Witch Mountain and Dress the Dead.
With Kayla's arrival, VINTERSEA's thrilling next chapter begins, and our fans won't have to wait long to hear what's to come. On October 15th, we will release our first new single, "Celestial Abscission," with Kayla helming vocal duties.

We are seeking a professional and skilled vocalist who can perform both heavy metal (high scream and low growl) vocals and clean melodic vocals across a broad range of styles. We pride ourselves on creating beautiful and brutal music without boundaries or barriers.

After ten years of memories, three full-length albums, five tours across North America, and countless wonderful experiences with fans around the world, Avienne has made the decision to step down as the vocalist of VINTERSEA.
We will miss Avienne as a performer, as a writer, and as a friend.
We will be holding an ambitious audition process for a new vocalist, with details in a forthcoming post. As always, we are grateful to our incredible fans for your continued support and kindness.
