Assyria TV is owned by the Assyrian Media Institute (AMI). AMI was founded September 24, 2011 and is an independent organization.
AMI’s structure and organization gives Assyria TV an autonomous and independent position, protected from pressure. This includes one of the most important tasks, namely to examine organizations and individuals that have influence on decisions affecting the community.
Assyria TV seeks to engage with all the issues that affect the Assyrian nation, both internal and external. The objective of the channel is to broadcast information and knowledge, audit, and generate debate.
Assyria TV’s ambition is to offer a range of programs that provide room for diversity and diverse opinions and strive for collaboration among the Assyrian community around common issues.
The programs of Assyria TV should be characterized by democratic and humanistic values, educational aspirations, diversity and quality.
