Help those who are struggling with mental health issues, by sharing YOUR splendid analog insights!
[ WHAT TO DO ]
Record a 1-4 minute video or audio answering the following 2 questions:
1. How has using an analog tool improved your mental health and wellbeing?
2. Can you share an example? (only if you're happy to do so)
Upload your media to an online file sharing site (e.g. OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.), and then email the download link to:
barrysanaloginsights@gmail.com
If your file is not too big, you can also directly attach it to the email.
Include in your email:
- Your name
- The country you live in
- Your YouTube channel or website or other social media account (if you would like it advertised in the video)
Can't do video or audio?
No problem! Email a photo of your analog tool instead, and write in the body of the email, what it is you want to say to others - I can show your text on screen, and also voiceover record it too if you like.
