When you go around Ontario, especially downtown of most cities, you may come across this kind of graffiti. I’ve seen some awesome ones across the world. Which city’s graffiti has impressed you the most?

Being focused isn't just about giving strict attention to a subject or matter, it's about being intentionally blind to other things around.
This is a time where a lot of people are getting easily drawn into a lot of things that don't have anything to do with their goals. The allure of being informed or being woke may just get you discussing the wrong things and remember that you usually get what you are saying.
Here are a few things I realized to avoid the drawback
• Keep your goals before your eyes at all times through a vision board or journal
• Distill your goals into clear, attainable. measurable and time bound routines. This is where you gain quick Wins-this will fuel your continuous pursuit.
• Surround yourself with doers especially if you are a talker.
They will jolt you into what's really required.
•Please ignore the news channels as much as you can. If it makes the news, it's mostly negative.
. Hold on to your confession. Speak what you want to yourself. No other voice is more important in your life.
. Pray to see the good in every situation. Hope opens your neural pathways to solve problems. Negative confessions shuts down creativity.
Have a healthy disregard for what they say is IMPOSSIBLE'
• Occasionally detach yourself from the issues along the journey. Travel as far as you can from it so you gain a fresh perspective.
Lastly, I want to thank a friend that shifted my focus as I was gradually drawn into the abyss of discussing futile socio-economic discourse. I remain focused Sir!
