Hi all! My goal is to introduce people to and share a Kundalini Yoga practice which will help you to connect to peace and stillness within. Kundalini Yoga has helped me in so many ways, and it continues to provide me with a practice that will quiet the mind and bring me to a place of clarity and connection to my authentic self. Many times in the past I have reflected on my reactions to certain things and recurring behaviours and have not really felt like it was me, and wished I had responded or behaved differently. When I stumbled upon Kundalini Yoga, I knew that it was the style of yoga that I was looking for. Kundalini Yoga is more powerful to me and has quicker acting effects, and I feel totally different after completing a class or meditation. With a regular practice, Kundalini Yoga has really allowed me to connect inward, become more self aware and has allowed me to find true peace and happiness within. I want to share this practice with you so you will find the same within you.
