Today the state of Florida passed a bill through the house, bill SB1698, which would effectively BAN the ENTIRE hemp market in FL. THCa, D8, HHC, they are even banning FULL SPECTRUM CBD. This bill was pushed and lobbied for by the big MSO's like Trulieve, who continue to push garbage boof into the medical market, while lobbying to remove alternative medicine options from real patients who need it. The only chance left to stop this is if the governor vetoes it.
Email Ron DeSantis, the Governor of Florida, and tell him you are a voter in his state and you do NOT support SB1698. If you live in Florida, this is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. This will impact the freedom of cannabis laws across the ENTIRE country.
