Every gamer has a hot take on Star Wars, and here’s mine: the prequels blow the original trilogy out of the water. The Phantom Menace was my first Star Wars theater experience, and it hooked me for life. I only dove into the original trilogy post-Episode III to satisfy my Star Wars cravings, but it felt like a relic compared to the prequels.
The original trilogy’s clunky practical effects turned me off as a kid. In contrast, the prequels with their cutting-edge CGI deliver visually stunning worlds that leave the originals in the dust.
Bottom line is : the prequels dominate with superior effects, choreography, action scenes, world-building, and unforgettable dialogue. While The Empire Strikes Back shines in writing, the prequels offer a far more enjoyable Star Wars experience overall. #StarWars #HotTake
