The DigiComPass project addresses the digital competence gap among European citizens through a curriculum and recognition model. Pilot courses cover information literacy, communication, collaboration, digital content creation, safety, and problem-solving. It establishes a DigiComPass Network and Foundation, aligning with the priority of improving adult learning. The high-quality training concept uses Flipped Learning 3.0. DigiComPass courses enable digital transformation and enhance readiness, resilience, and capacity. The project focuses on DigComp framework issues in training.
