It can be quite a challenge to stay FOCUSED 🧘while studying, but I've got some helpful tips to share with you.📚
1. Silence your mobile phone 📲 and turn off notifications 📵.
Distractions can easily derail your concentration, so it’s best to eliminate them altogether.
2. Give the Pomodoro Technique 🙌 a try.
This technique involves studying for 45 minutes and then taking a 10-minute break.
Repeat this cycle three times, and you’ll find yourself studying for longer periods without feeling overwhelmed.
3. Remember to take regular breaks.
It’s important to give your brain some rest and recharge during your study sessions.
Use these breaks to stretch🙆♀️ , grab a snack, or simply relax.
4. Find a quiet 🤫 and comfortable place to study 📖 . A peaceful environment can greatly enhance your focus 🧘 and productivity.
Choose a spot where you can concentrate without any disturbances.
By implementing these strategies, you’ll be able to improve your focus 🧘 and make the most out of your study 📖 sessions.
