Asalam Aleikum, natumai nyote ni wazima. Leo nimeleta mapishi ya Spanapikota Triangles ambayo yamefanana na sambusa lakini hivi vitafunio finajazwa na mboga pamoja na cheese ya aina ya feta. Katika viungo vinavyotumika humo , kiungo kimoja cha aina ya Dill ni vizuri sana kama utatumia ili kupa ile ladha hsa inavyotakiwa, lakini kama hujapata basi jaribu kutumia majani ya Thyme , na kama utakua nnayo majani yote hayo 2 basi ni vizuri zaidi. Pishi hili ni zuri sana kwa aina ya sherehe au party za aina yoyote kwani unaweza kuandaa mapema ukaweka kwenye freezer kuganda halafu ukaoka siku yoyote utakayo penda. Today I have shared these delicious wonderful Spanakopita Triangles which resembles Samosa/Sambusa but they are filled with spinach and feta cheese. One of the most important ingredient in this recipe is the Dill weed which gives that authentic Greek taste , if you do not have it you try and use thyme or for better results use both. I am sharing a picture of both fresh and dry dill for better understanding. This recipe works well for gatherings or parties coz you can prep ahead of time and freeze to bake whenever you are ready.Thank you and I wish you all a wonderful day
