Synopsis: Chucky Chicken is a film loving janitor who is promoted to manage the Tough Cluck Studios shorts department. Chuck is enthusiastic and positive, and he leads the team through challenges with optimism. However, there are forces within the studio that don't want him to succeed, and hopes his inexperience will lead it to failure. However his folksy, optimistic leadership proves unexpectedly successful.
