Hi all!

In my latest 1970s Soups video I mentioned making chicken stock in the Instant Pot. Initially, I forgot to include a link to the process I use. The link has since been added to the description, but here it is again in case you're interested in giving it a try: www.budgetbytes.com/make-instant-pot-chicken-stock…

I don't follow this completely to the letter. I've tried it with rotisserie chicken carcasses, turkey bones, and also with raw bone-in skin on chicken pieces. All have worked out very well.

Get out there and make some soup!

Will you just look at these incredible Halloween tea towels Geometry sent me? I continue to be amazed by the number of patterns and colors they offer.

I first tried Geometry towels in my kitchen in 2021 after receiving one as a Christmas gift. I immediately ordered more! They're super absorbent and come in several different sizes. I use them in my kitchen every. single. day.

If you'd like to try them for yourself, you can use my link (www.geometry.house/?ref=AnnaB15) or enter code AnnaB15 at checkout to save 15% on your order!
