Shaun Hayes is a highly successful entrepreneur, author, and speaker with an impressive portfolio of accomplishments. At the age of 16, he started his first business, and by 26 he headed the corporate banking division of a well-known St. Louis bank. Later, at 29, he purchased his first bank and was CEO of it by 32. He then went on to become the cofounder and former CEO of Allegiant Bancorp, based in St. Louis, Missouri, and at 35 he ran a public company. At the age of 44, Shaun sold his company for a staggering $500 million.
Unfortunately, just five years after this enormous success, Shaun committed a felony and eight years later was incarcerated. He now uses his life experiences—the highs and lows—to teach valuable lessons to individuals, groups, and businesses. His book The Gray Choice has been a best seller on Amazon since its release.
