In John 3, Jesus speaks to Nicodemus and says to him that "No man can SEE the Kingdom" implying that the Kingdom of God can be seen. To SEE the Kingdom, a person must be born again and then they can see the Kingdom. To See the Kingdom is to have access to the full extent of the benefits of the Kingdom, including the miracles, blessings and revelation that you are given.
