I have loved cooking for small and large crowds for over 20 years when I was a corpsman in the US Navy. I would cook up meals always with extra in case any hungry or lonely sailor came over at dinner time. I would also cook monthly lunches from different cultures to raise money for our MWR (Morale, Welfare and Recreation). I also cooked dinner once a month for Red Cross volunteers during our monthly meeting.
Since going vegan right before thanksgiving 2019, I have tried to adopt a more plant-based lifestyle and trying to incorporate more raw meals.
Channel is devoted to sharing my veganized and plant-based recipes with lots of batch cooking of staple items for your freezer and meal prep. Somedays I feel like mexican, thai, korean, middle eastern, Indian and sometimes just good ole American cuisine!
Plus the occasional video of behind the scenes and at home, just for fun.
