Harper puts the “happy” in Happy Brachial Plexus Injury Awareness Week! ✨ When this spunky, resourceful kid was born, her right arm was limp and unmoving — the result of a brachial plexus birth injury. Dr. Andrea Bauer reassured Harper’s parents that with treatment, their infant would be able to do everything she wanted to do.
