3 years ago… I was so insecure about my legs that I hated to even wear shorts.
I had chicken legs. My physique looked uneven. And every time I looked in the mirror, I hated how my legs looked…

So I made myself a promise — I was never going to feel like that again.

I did the research.
I tested every split, every diet, every leg day method out there.
And after 3 years of hard work, consistency, and failure after failure… I finally built legs I’m proud of.

I’m not saying this to brag — I’m saying this to show you what’s possible.
If you’re in that same spot, where you hate how your legs look, where you don’t even feel confident wearing shorts… you can change that.

Here’s what made the biggest difference for me šŸ‘‡
1ļøāƒ£ The right training split. Hitting legs twice a week with the proper volume and intensity changed everything. (DM me ā€œLEGSā€ and I’ll send you my exact leg day workout.)
2ļøāƒ£ A consistent lean bulk. My legs didn’t grow until I started eating in a caloric surplus. (DM ā€œLEAN BULKā€ and I’ll send you one of the meal plans I used.)
3ļøāƒ£ LIFTING HEAVY. Consistent progressive overload on my squats are what solidified my growth.
4ļøāƒ£Recovery. Once I took my sleep, hydration, and rest seriously, I stopped being sore 24/7 and started actually growing.
