Good afternoon everyone! Hope your weekend has been a blast! Iβm writing this to update you all on whatβs happening with the daily livestream sessions.
Great news is I will be resuming daily live sessions starting Monday, January 12th!
That being said I am going out of the country on the 28th of Jan and will be returning Feb 10th. That gives us 2 solid weeks of daily sessions before the break.
Iβve decided in these 2 weeks before I leave out of country, I will put the Rags-2-Riches streaming series on a hiatus until I get back. Instead, for the upcoming 2 weeks I will be trading one of my separate funded account.
This will be an account that I already have that has been funded before. This will allow me to continue trading live on stream for the next 2 weeks while not necessarily committing to the rags-2-riches series.
Rest assured when I do return from my trip abroad, I will be resuming the Rags-2-Riches series. With 2-5 brand new accounts I will resume the series where I trade from scratch and show you how I pass evaluations and get funded!
I would like to thank each and every one of you that has been sticking around the channel in the absence of the daily live sessions. Some of you even commented on my videos asking for the live sessions and updates. I thank you all who still support this channel!
I am looking forward to seeing you guys live tomorrow and having a great trading sessions!
Thanks you and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

First of all Happy Holidays everyone and Happy New Year! Just wanted to keep you guys posted that I am still here and planning to continue to trade live. I am just taking a short break during the holidays as there are events happening in my life out of my control that I need to put my full attention on.
I have NOT been trading off stream. Whenever I do start streaming back again, it will also be when I will be trading again as well, at least that would be the plan. Don't worry I will probably start trading in a few days hopefully this week of Dec 30th.
I will keep you guys updated through posts and videos, if anything changes. Please know I appreciate everyone's support and thanks for sticking around the channel even with the lack of content and the streams.
Happy New Years everybody and Good Luck trading!

As many of you that watch my livestream every morning, you know that it has been a tough week for me to navigate the markets so far. Specially today on Thursday, October 17th 2024, which marks the day of my biggest loss so far on my livestreams on record. About $1k down on each of my 2 accounts copy trading, which brings me down a total of just a little over $2k total in loss!
Why am I sharing this?
My goal in making my channel and livestreaming every morning was and continues to be to make sure that those navigating through YouTube with ever growing fake influencers/guru's, find a home and a fellow trader that they can actually relate to. For me transparency has and will continue to be the key. I want to share my journey of becoming successful in trading and to do that first I need to be humble, honest, and transparent. Thus our livestream series is called Rags2Riches! Accepting losses is part of the game, just like accepting profits is!
What's next?
Well few things. Right off the bat I want to share the 2 most important issues that I have picked up in my trading behavior throughout this week, while reviewing my livestreams.
1.) I have been chasing front ran trades for a re-entry. I will have a thought process of taking a trade, then the market won't fill my order in, or won't reach my order entry level, and proceed to run in my trades direction. This triggered a small FOMO in me that allowed me to be very rigid about my entry and instead of taking my orders off, I waited till the market filled me in after already running fully as I planned in my original trade idea.
2.) I need to dial it back down in how many points I try to capture and instead look for consistent base hits again. 10, 15, 20 pts on Nasdaq is typically what works best for me and I need to follow that again.
Starting Friday the 18th I need to practice more patience, and dial back into myself as a trader. I need to manifest my profitable trading personality, how I traded to be profitable, how I managed my emotional capital, and how I managed my risk tolerance when I was profitable. I need this week to be a lesson to finish off with ease and take it slowly and more carefully starting next week.
What I did right:
That being said, as a trader you need not to only beat yourself but to also uprise from your mistakes, and find what you did right and enhance those parameters. Here are 2 things I did perfectly through this week which helped me minimize my losses as much as possible:
1.) I kept my stop losses tight, and followed very strict rules on them. In fact, I use bracket orders to enter trades that already have stop loss and profit target set. And when I am up above 10 points on any trade, my stop loss goes breakeven automatically. This has kept me from blowing my accounts, in fact far from it. My risk management has been on point and I felt no FOMO getting stopped out many times during my trades, during the course of this week.
2.) I think my general analysis and trading ideas are still as accurate as it can be and still very sharp. Just another way to say that I am still reading the charts very well and finding really good trades to be a part of generally speaking, on average. I've been able to continuously make good trade calls before they happen and all based on good key levels and great strategies that I trust, and have back tested through my entire trading career!
The Comeback:
All this aside, what I need to do is dial back in my profitable self and trade with patience again. Learning from my mistakes was just step 1. Now its time for step 2, to see what I can change on Friday, and how I can be a better trader to end the week off. Step 3 will be the start of the next week where I need to lock in and use my experience to build up our trading habits again!
The lesson:
- No matter how profitable you are, and how good of a trader you are, you are a human first! We all have to deal with the emotional side of us, and use the failures to fuel our success.
- Learn from the mistakes and try to fix them. Don't beat yourself up. That's the last thing you want to do.
- And finally use what you did right to fuel your success higher and comeback even harder. Elevate yourself using your working methods and strategies and build up the confidence again!
Thank you everyone who takes the time to read this and I hope this post not only helps me but also helps you.
I needed to write this post because I wanted to share what was on my mind the entire day after my trading session today. Think of it like a journal. No better way to do it then to post through my channel. Helps me keeps transparency, accountability, all while helps anyone in my shoes to know that there is a real human trader, who is on the same journey as them who they can totally relate with. You are not alone!
Thank You The MTJ Fam!
