What has been your biggest struggle on your journey to create multiple streams of income???

This was the first property I bought in 2019 for $185,000!! 😳
I used a FHA loan which meant I only had to put 3.5% down + I got seller’s assist to further bring down my down payment costs.
I lived in the basement (house hacked) while I rented out the upstairs units to cover my mortgage + cash flow a few hundred dollars 💵
Not only has this property been a source of additional income for me, but as you can see from the picture below, it has appreciated almost $75,000 in just 3 years!! 😱
I used the money I saved not paying a mortgage to invest into buying another property so I can repeat the process ALL OVER AGAIN! 💸
This is the true power of real estate & just an example of how investing into assets can change the trajectory of your life! ✨
