My @axisfoils3588 spitfire video is coming out this week! I've waited because I wanted to try the whole range in a variety of conditions which I've now done. I had so many helpful replies about my Elbow that I thought I'd share an update.
Appears to be a Brachial Nerve Entrapment which in some ways is a good outcome. Means that there is no Muscle Tear or Ligament damage outside of the normal tendonitis I've lived with. I still can't bend my arm and have a lot of weakness particularly in my tricep.
It's cortisone and more rest for me. Hopefully get this thing sorted sooner rather than later.
Probably a good video topic for the future - as I'm going to try to sort my elbows out properly this year after this event. Get back to full range of motion. I live with about a 10 degree loss of extension :)
