"The Crossover was everything for me! God! Apostle Victor was on fire! I know that my year is settled." Uche exclaimed in the car as he drove his family back home.

"Temisan, no one can tell me otherwise. Iâm meeting my man this year, and weâre getting married. This CrossoverâGod did it!" Flora said to her best friend cum prayer partner.

"During the Crossover, I literally felt Godâs hand on my shoulder. I kid you not!" Emma said to his friends on their way home..

"My political career is going to take root this year. Did you hear the prophetic declaration for the year? Pastor Miracle is God-sent!" Chief Linus said to his family and Aides.

"You all know Iâve been trying for kids for six years. During the Crossover, I received clarity from God about the next step. I am no longer barren!" Chioma posted on her social media page.
"Famz, weâre going on a 21-day praise fest on this page for what God has done overnight. Thereâs something about this yearâs CrossoverâI can feel it in the atmosphere. A lot of goodies were released to a lot of people. So, we must thank God for 21 days to seal our testimonies," Joba, an internet praise sensation, posted.

It could be felt in the airâthe atmosphere was different. The air was charged. The clouds were full, and it was raining blessings on peopleâs lives. Everyone...both old and young, could feel it.

"Mum, I feel light! I feel like a heavy load has been taken off my head," Isaiah said to his mother as they walked into their home
"Praise God! Even I feel ...good and happy." Beatrice said as she set her bag on the table. " You know happiness has been scarce in my life, but this morning I feel so joyful." She added.
She hugged her son. In between that hug, there was a knowing...She could tell the new year was going to be a good one. To think she had almost skipped the Crossover service...how grateful to God she was that she hadnât missed it.

While it rained joy on earth, In the Obscura, Nema paced to and fro. He had just returned from a summoning. Heâd been summoned by the 'Higher Ups' because of an unusual rain in his country. The rain had caused a flood.
"What were the city guardians doing?" Nema muttered in anger. "How had the cities gotten flooded in one night? "
Just one night!
He slammed his palm against the country map on the wall, sending a signal to all city guardians. It was an emergency call everyone had to answer. He didnât care what anyone of them was doing. What was happening was trouble for them all.
In a jiffy, all the city guardians were seated in their designated city seats around the table. Nema wasnât seated. His face burned with anger, evident in every fiber of his being.
"Can someone explain to me this rain that is gradually becoming a flood that is about to drive us all out?" Nema asked angrily, though his voice was low.
The city guardians knew what was coming. Whenever Nema was going to explode, he started low, like a snake gliding silently, before erupting.
The city guardians exchanged clueless looks.
"We donât understand! Thereâs no rain in the country. Weâre in the harmattan season," one of the northern city guardians inquired cluelessly.
"Youâre mad for thinking like a fool! Who speaks of physical rain? Where were you all overnight? Let me guessâdistracted while your city got flooded."
"Nema, with all due respect, what flood are we talking about?" A city guardian from the West asked cautiously.
"A flood from the rainâthe rain from the Most High! Overnight, it rained after they prayed. The Most High poured His blessings upon them. At the Crossover, they were drenched with so much. Look at..." Nemaâs voice rose with every word.
He tapped on the wall, and a screen flickered to life.
"How did Flora get this?" Nema jabbed at the image of Flora in a wedding dress.
The guardians leaned closer, their eyes widening. Flora had received her marital breakthrough...a blessing their kingdom had worked hard to block for years.
Flora was dangerous.
As a youth minister with an online presence, she had already drawn countless souls into the Kingdom of God. Her single status had been their saving grace, limiting her influence.They had foreseen into her future that she would heal a lot of marriages, so they couldn't let that happen. Without a husband, many doubted her authority on marriage and family matters.
The kingdom had exploited this weakness, sending wrong men her way and feeding her insecurities. Flora herself had unknowingly aided them by holding onto a dark past she couldnât forgive.
Her marriage would change everything.
"How did that happen?" her city guardian stammered, panic creeping into his voice.
"Am I supposed to answer that question? Youâre her city guardian. Provide answers!"
Her City guardian walked to her image and with a voice command requested for her last four hours to be revealed.
There she was, praying fervently in a packed church.
"Church? She was meant to stay home!" the guardian protested weakly. "We left her convinced she shouldnât attend."
"You left one of your city heavyweights unattended?" Nemaâs voice climbed to a scream. "You incompetent fool!"
"And look at this..." He pointed at Uche, who wore a crown with several country flags on it. "Global opportunities." Nema spat, the words like venom.
Nema angrily tapped on all the red spots on the map displayed on the screen, revealing more blessings.
"Isaiah... Brain freedom. Chioma... Divine clarity. Risi... Triplets." The list was endless.
By Now, all the city guardians were on their feet, perplexed by the number of blessings that had flooded their country in one night.
The Crossover had birthed many testimonies. They were in trouble. When the country had too many blessings, it was not a good thing for their kingdom.
"So... can someone explain to me how this happened?" Nema thundered.
