This channel is dedicated to the thoughts and ideas spawned by our discovery of stoicism nearly 20 years ago. From the first time I discovered Marcus Aurelius' Memoir, I have tried to model my daily living after his teachings and other stoic philosophers. Through the good and the bad, life deals, we we manage to keep "right sized", and focused on the larger frame, Every day wasn't sunny, but staying strong and focused keeps me as bright and strong as the sun. That;s the essence of stoicism in practice.
