“What a joy to remember that she [Mary] is our Mother! Since she loves us and knows our weakness, what have we to fear?” -Saint Therese of Lisieux
Happy Feast of the Ascension of Our Lord! Something to take to heart today amongst the hardships our world is currently facing from the Gospel today. John 16:20 “I say to you,
you will weep and mourn, while the world rejoices; you will grieve, but your grief will become joy.”
“Today we begin the month dedicated to Our Lady a favourite of popular devotion. In accord with a long-standing tradition of devotion, parishes and families continue to make the month of May a 'Marian' month, celebrating it with many devout liturgical, catechetical and pastoral initiatives!" -Pope John Paul II, May 2002
How will you honor Our Lady this month?💐

“St. Joseph did not do extraordinary things, but rather by the constant practice of ordinary and common virtues, he attained that sanctity which elevates him above all the other saints.” -St. Joseph Marello
Dear Saint Joseph, Please Pray for Us!
Every Friday of Lent, a great option for prayer is attending the Stations of the Cross to reflect on the passion of Jesus Christ. Catholify also has Stations in our free app for you to pray and reflect with if going in person isn’t an option ✝️
“The Stations of the Cross, also known as the Way of the Cross or Via Crucis, commemorate Jesus's passion and death on the cross. There are 14 stations that each depict a moment on his journey to Calvary, usually through sacred art, prayers, and reflections. The practice began as pious pilgrims traced his path through Jerusalem on the Via Dolorosa.
Later, for the many who wanted to pass along the same route, but could not make the trip to Jerusalem, a practice developed that eventually took the form of the fourteen stations currently found in almost every church throughout the world.” -USCCB
We are ceaselessly inspired by the beautiful works of creative Catholics from across the world. But it's easy to get swept away in our feeds.
Rather than spend too much time on social media this Lent, we want to give you a refreshing alternative that still delivers a daily "feed fix" but only takes a few minutes of your day and stretches far beyond who you're following—all while never having to leave your inbox!
Expect to see prayers, reflections, devotionals, sacred art, quotes, testimonies, podcasts, videos and more!
This Lent, carve out time for your resolutions and bear fruit with The Harvest 🍇 (Register free at harvest.catholify.com)
P.S. If you'd like to see your works or some of your favorite creators featured, message us with ideas—we'd love to hear from you!

“The Rosary is the best therapy for these distraught, unhappy, fearful, and frustrated souls, precisely because it involves the simultaneous use of three powers: the physical, the vocal, and the spiritual…” -Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen
For orphaned children throughout the world,
and especially those
who are abused or neglected,
that we might work to save them;
We pray to the Lord
For children who are unwanted by their parents,
that God's grace might send others to love
and care for them;
We pray to the Lord
For the children of our country,
especially those who are forgotten or neglected,
that their presence might remind us
of the infinite value of human life;
We pray to the Lord
For every little child:
That we might accept and preserve each one
as a sign of the infinite love of God for us;
We pray to the Lord
For all unborn children:
that our love for them may keep them safe
until the joyous day of their birth;
We pray to the Lord
That the Lord,
who rescues the life of the poor
from the power of the wicked,
might send an angel to guard and protect
all unborn children;
We pray to the Lord
For every little child
and especially for those who
live in their mother's womb,
that they might grow
in the image and likeness of
the God who made them;
We pray to the Lord
For the littlest child in her mother's womb,
that in her life we may see the infinite love of God;
We pray to the Lord
That through the intercession of Saint Vincent,
who spilled his blood for the defense of the Gospel,
the lives of unborn children may be spared;
We pray to the Lord
For all children who have died from abortion,
that God might cradle them in his arms
and grant them eternal peace with him;
We pray to the Lord
For every child who lives in the womb,
that God might send an angel to guard and protect
the innocent and defenseless;
We pray to the Lord
For all unborn children,
and especially for the babies of unmarried mothers,
that God might send an angel to protect them:
We pray to the Lord
For the children who have died from abortion in our nation,
and for their mothers and fathers,
for mercy, peace and the loving embrace of Christ:
We pray to the Lord
For little children,
who await the birth of a brother or sister:
that they may learn to cherish
the child in her mother's womb;
We pray to the Lord
Amen
