I got the email about 10 days ago that I was nominated for YouTube Drummer of the Year for the 2023 Drumeo Awards, and just about fell out of my chair from shock 😅 to say that that was completely unexpected is an understatement. Most of you know this has been a long journey of perseverance and not giving up. So having my hard work, dedication to the drums, and passion be recognized in this way (and amongst so many incredible drummers), is just an absolute honor. I’ll forever remember this opportunity, regardless of the outcome, and I am SO friggin grateful. Thank you Drumeo, and thank YOU reading this for your support, and for jamming along to my videos.
