Broccoli Kale Salad In Lunch

Ingredients -

- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup kale, chopped
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp flax seeds
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts, sliced
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions -

- Add broccoli, kale, onion, and mixed nuts into a bowl and toss them with olive oil.
- Drizzle the lemon juice, black pepper, and salt to taste.
- Top it with flax seeds and serve.
