Feeling free while running. It is fun to put shoes on and just go out on a jog. I feel relaxed and calm when I run and it helps me to concentrate on my thoughts and see the bigger picture. I am cheering for those who are just beginning and can tell you a true saying: when you achieve a 'runner's high' there is not a much better feeling than that! Run to explore and make constant progress!
