Raluca Hanea started her own law firm in Lawrenceville, Georgia after obtaining her law degree from the University of Georgia (GO Bulldogs!). Having come to the US in her 20s and obtaining US Citizenship she knew she wanted to help people through this confusing and stressful process.
She provides immigration, business, and estate planning to clients in her local area as well as worldwide. She speaks Romanian and French in addition to English. She has helped people obtain visas including K1, P, and B1 and B1. She has successfully assisted clients in appeals and with deportation proceedings. She is proud when her clients get their green cards and citizenship because of her efforts on their behalf. She has also helped employers obtain visas for their employees or individuals who have the funds needed under EB5.
