Gone back to Boracay for an international maternity client shoot. When doing so, we have set up a very simple lighting to properly capture and exposed for the skies and properly capture my subject. However, I was told by a local LGU guy that I need permit? As far as my knowledge goes, permits are needed if you are to fly a drone and filming works. Any thoughts or latest info on this matter?
