For anyone who was wondering, I loved my Pink Abasi Larada 8 a lot, but sadly the truth is that there were a lot of QA issues, and when a neck issue crept up eventually I decided to call it a day and activate the warranty.
To be clear, I'm not slamming the company. They were very helpful and more than willing to refund me and also offered a guaranteed slot on a future run. These things do happen and hopefully mine was just the lemon... 🍋 I will try to rebuy another Abasi in a few years when they are even better.
I really loved that guitar but my advice to others in my position would be to be selective about buying direct internationally. In rare cases like these when something does pop up, everything is much more stressful without direct and local dealership or store support.
At any rate, the Boden is a 10/10 in playability, and I hope that shows through in the video.
