Liberation-Based Therapy is a group practice that supports mental health and wellness through the lens of liberation-based healing practices. Offering emotionally-focused therapy with a culturally affirming and strengths-based perspective. We serve everyone with a focus on the BIPOC (People of the Global Majority), LGBTQIA2S+/GNB, the social justice-minded, and those within creative communities (artists/activists). Whether you're navigating poly, intercultural, or other structured relationships, or seeking support for anxiety, depression, bipolar/ trauma, loneliness, parenting issues, or work/career-related struggles, we're here for you. We will hold interviews with therapists, community members, artists, and activists who will share their valuable perspectives on topics such as stress, EMDR, generational trauma, racism, LGBTQIA+ concerns, young adults finding friends, and more. Systemic and structural challenges are not personal failures – liberatory healing is available to us all.
