Thank you for your patience during the week of disruption on the East West Line. Do take note that the train services between Jurong East - Buona Vista will travel at 40kmh until Friday night as part of our safety protocol on recovery after urgent track repair works.
The admin had received tons of messages on my role during the event. The admin would like to thank everyone for your support for the past one week. The admin covered Outram Park last weekdays, Boon Lay + Buona Vista on Saturday, Jurong East on Sunday morning & Buona Vista to perform train manning yesterday evening. The admin spotted 2 train enthus yesterday and allowed you both to do your activity safely. To the guy at Queenstown, please dm me the photos of me k thanks LOL.
The admin does not have off days for the past 2 weeks straight since F1 week until now. The admin would like to seek your patience for the delayed schedule of In Conclusion of Jurong West to SMRT Buses & Service 861. The admin will try my best to upload it by next week.
On the other hand, the admin was featured in Show Your Appreciation by SMRT to showcase our staff helping commuters during the disruption - a new milestone in my journey!

The admin received a link to the instagram post that was done by one bus enthusiast who remark the transition as one of the "worst" handover period in the new region.
As the admin do NOT represent any of the PTO although the admin is working in one of the four, let them take their time to settle everything especially in such period like these. Most of you may had forgotten the worst teething issues during Tower Transit & Go-Ahead handover in 2016 and even SBS Transit in Seletar 6 years ago. No bus operators is kilat especially during their first day of transition.
If you have any ideas to improve in our network, please join any of the 4 bus operators or even the LTA, MOT or PTC. Some of you such as the OP are just bus enthusiast without experiencing in the outside world especially in the public transport industry. At this is a temporary stages, the teething issue will be reduced in the next few weeks. Until then, be patient for their efforts to keep your world moving (not supporting propaganda but sure).
Unless you are a pro supporter of a certain bus operator, grow up.

Thank you for watching the final episode of Fun Fact Friday. The admin had come into the first phase of semi-retirement plan for the YouTube platform. Fun Fact Friday was launched 4 years ago during the Singapore General Election 2020 & we had grow quite alot of episodes throughout the time. [NEW UPDATES ON FUTURE CONTENT OF TIB1234T]
Early this year, i had made an update on the future content of TIB1234T YouTube channel. I would like to address with you guys over the new updates.
As you guys may know that im still serving my National Service (NS) in the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) since 12th July 2022. As i have 1.5 months away (48 days to go), i will be ORD from the force. Many of you ask about my future plan after ORD:
WHATS GOING TO HAPPEN TO THE FUTURE CONTENT?
- Alhamdulilah, i managed to arranged new videos from mid 2024 until somewhere in 2025. However, as im working on with new season of Discovery Buses In SG - Season Finale, the admin is about to reach Episode 200. Episode 200 of DBIS will be the final mark to end the chapter of TIB1234T's original series with A Buses' Theory, #Debate! & Fun Fact Friday. The final episode of DBIS will mark as 1st October 2025.
IS IT A GOODBYE TO TIB1234T?
- There's a reason why i created a Wednesday content. Wednesday content is more on the latest news of our public buses in SG such as route amendments / new bus services, Bus Packages, New Tender, Viral Nonsense & others. The channel will not go away. However, the admin will make a "Wednesday content" after October 2025. Which means, there will be a time where the admin will upload one video a month or a week, it depends. There will be no more Discovery Buses In SG, Fun Fact Friday, A Buses' Theory & #Debate!.
- The good news is, all videos is here to stay. If you missed out some contents that the admin had uploaded in the past or rewatch again, do feel free to do so. After all, looks like the admin had covered everything.
WHAT ABOUT THE ADMIN?
- There will be a good news of me returning into the public transport industry by after July - subject to pre-clearance check. Those who know me personally, you already know where i will end up at. Otherwise, i will not be able to share more information until the right time.
This is not the end. The channel is still here. The Discord community will never go away. But content wise, it will be a thing of a past although its a video a month environment. Thank you for the support!

Hi everyone , just a heads up!
Since late 2019, most of my contents will be shown every Friday to Sunday because the admin noticed while yall have school, it is an ideal to release new videos every weekends. In the past (late 2020 to early 2022), the admin decide to release the contents everyday (which some of yall remember) as there are alot of bus series the admin had made. However, many of you said that you were unable to catch up with some of the contents every day (especially weekdays) because of school. Therefore, the admin shortern the contents to usual weekend posting instead.
Recently, there are alot of trending stuff for the admin to discuss & upload on YouTube. These are your Wednesday contents where the admin will bring viral stuff relates to public buses in SG, some updates on certain packages etc. Alhamdulilah so far, the algorithm is great. However in some weekends, YouTube are not that attractive when it comes to weekend contents compare in the past - where the viewership on weekdays seems higher than weekends. Do vote your options below!

Dear, everyone!
Early this afternoon (or yesterday afternoon), the admin had uploaded a YouTube video on "Are LTA Not Aware Of What Transport Enthusiast Went Through". Due to a healthy note from my end that i had received many comments on YouTube, DMs on Instagram, the admin would like to thank you all for the support!
As such, the admin will make into a series where we will discuss more on our everyday problems as a transport user, things that gone viral on social media and so on. Do stay tune every Wednesday at 4pm!

Last month, the admin announced that the TIB1234T YouTube content will be closed from Q2 2026. Therefore, with a heavy heart to announce, the admin will not be making any more content after 30th September 2025 instead (7 months early). Some series include Discovery Buses In Singapore, Fun Fact Friday!, #Debate! & A Buses' Theory will be ceased for good. This will reach the 10 years of TIB1234T in the YouTube community. As many things are coming your way, do support the admin on Instagram, YouTube & our team in the Discord server. You will be surprised that the admin will still post YouTube stuff after 1st October 2025, but will not as it is now. Or someone else who is suitable to replace me in the future.
A lot of you might wonder if i will delete my YouTube channel and the answer is no. The memory will remain there. Meanwhile, some of you might also wonder if i will still cover some hot topics like major route amendments (bus rationalisation) & new operators taking over the region. If i have time, i will do it. But other than those mentioned, then it's a no.
