I'm SAORI, originally from Japan, and I moved to the US when I was 25 years old. Currently, I live in Los Angeles with my Mexican husband.
I have a deep love for Japanese food, which stems from my childhood. My maternal grandmother used to cook it frequently, and those memories have stayed with me. Cooking Japanese food has become more than just a hobby for me; it’s a passion, especially when it comes to traditional Japanese home cooking.
My connection to Japanese cuisine runs even deeper. My paternal grandmother ran a small Japanese restaurant, although she passed away when I was little. It’s a pity she never had the chance to teach me her cooking secrets, but I believe my interest in Japanese food is something I inherited from her. Driven by my love for Japanese cuisine, I distribute content with the desire to introduce it to people around the world.
