Great episode. Spirits have helped me so much with this. Literally guiding me through how to develop healthy attachments, what to avoid, what to work on. Spirits and dreams have helped me in becoming a good partner to my boyfriend because I wasn’t always that. Although this is a very alternative path toward healing I would say it’s available to us all. Good to make friends with people you are not sexually interested in such as coworkers and people around town and feeling strong in your ability to connect with anyone or just someone first before looking for a partner.
