Ephemeris, originally released in 2013, is one of my most authentic expressions of raw, unrestrained creativityāa true stream-of-consciousness journey. With this remastered version, Iāve breathed new life into the original recordings, enhancing the subtle nuances and textures that make this music so magical.
This Deluxe Edition also includes a previously unreleased track, Nightbound, which was recorded during the same period as the other Ephemeris tracks but had been left forgotten until now. Iām excited to finally share it with you.
Perhaps the most intense and revealing piece on the album is Edge of Consciousnessāa track that marks the deepest dive Iāve taken into my own psyche. Itās a raw, unfiltered expression that taps into something well beyond the surface. The way the sound evolves and shifts has always had a profound effect on me, and I challenge you to listen and not feel a change in your own consciousness.

New EP "Momentum" Out Now!
Dan Caine is an ambient / post-rock musician from Merseyside, England. Caine uses powerful, layered guitar melodies to create an atmosphere of an intense range of thought and emotion as he explores the depths of the human psyche. His music is a free-flow of subconscious urge and instinct; a deep dive into the unhindered world of the Id. Much like a fine wine, these meditative works expose more and more of their depth with each listen, and like a mood ring, they morph and change to reflect the state of the listener perceiving them. Caineās music is also richly melodic and is layered with vibrant textures, created primarily from his collection of guitars, producing brooding atmospheres and serene sonic landscapes.
