I decided to share some of the heartfelt comments recently I received from my YouTube audience.

It resonated deeply with my journey and the message I strive to share. As I critique the media for portraying false narratives, my true intention is to help others uncover their truth, find love within themselves, and reflect on my own experiences of self-discovery. This journey involves observing and challenging the conditioning, limitations, distortions and lies I believed—whether they were self-imposed or reinforced by my environment.

Many of us can become blind to our own sovereignty and inner power. I want to remind everyone to use media mindfully, choosing with discernment what we consume and share. Media is a projection that can shape or influence countless lives, often in vulnerable moments.

Let’s be mindful of what we contribute to this space and strive to spread light, love, and grace in everything we share. I have a YouTube channel, as I was not active due to taking my time in solitude questioning everything I believed. Now I am back making videos and doing live Study With Me Videos that are mainly intended to help us thrive and start believing in ourselves and ultimately claiming our sovereignty and power. Additionally to make true Authenticity and normalize the struggles and success as a process and journey of life. to help us learn and practice discernment and self-awareness rather than showing primarily the shiny parts that contribute to building a narrative of false identity and how we should live our lives. 🌟

Also, I have you beautiful community of souls to thank. I am so grateful to have you as your presence and active participation make this channel successful. So I would like you to know how precious and important each one of you is, as you and all of us set the stage for true success, joy, inner peace and love to shine and dissolve false identity and conditioning that make us believe otherwise. You are all deserving and worthy of so much unconditional love and fulfillment. You are so loved and valuable. I see you each one of you and I am here to support us as you support me. Such a beautiful place to be and share the love I have in my heart with you.

1. "Hi Khati, I would like to tell you that you helped me a lot with my studies during my lowest time. Literally for 2 months, I woke up, started studying with your videos, ate, and then slept. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart because you helped me achieve my dream. I got 99.14% and ranked 4th in my country."

2. "Hey khati! I just saw your latest video and i just wanted to reach out to you. Just wanted to let you know how much in awe i am whenever you speak, whenever you share your lessons, your realizations. I have been studying with your streams from a long time and even back then when you used to give us little talks and help us through with our problems, give solutions, it always left me in amusement with your thought provoking words. Eternal respect! I really appreciate you taking out time and coming up to speak about your recent experiences, realizations and sharing them with us. I am also in a kind of phase of introspecting, trying to figure out life and myself, my mental health and your own insights gave me a better perspective, a new light to view. So a heartfelt thank you for that. Sending my wishes, prayers and loads of love to you. Hope you find the answers you are looking for."

Sending everyone infinite love and gratitude.

You don't want to miss this video. I shared the biggest secret I have not told many people, to empower you to love yourself. Titled: Body Shaming+ Body Images encourage a toxic norm and turn us against ourselves_ Empowerment Talk.

Hey beautiful souls,

I used to struggle with body image so much, I still do to a lesser degree now; and I am much more aware and taking the time to heal and love my body. I am sharing the biggest secret of my life in this video, so that I can increase the awareness that body shaming norms and negative body images are turning us against ourselves and thus against others. This is when we are so conflicted; everything is suffering, and from this position, we hurt others, we judge others, and we encourage others to keep normalizing body image, judgement, and toxic body shaming. As someone who has struggled so much with food disorder, how I saw myself, identity crisis and judgment, and seeking validation externally, it is my responsibility to tell you, you are the root of the norm that is being separated everywhere. Change starts from you, simply by mindset or perspective change, by validating your need for love, by seeing yours, loving your body, accepting yourself and changing what can be changed. Everything starts with you! My intention of making this video is to help you love yourself, to help you see yourself as worthy of love, to help you see yourself as worthy of success. You are not broken. It is time to step into courage and bravery, just like I did today, by sharing the biggest part of my journey and choosing or deciding to love yourself before asking others to love you. Give your body a big hug, and thank your body for all the resilience, protection and magic tasks it does for you. You are so beautiful. You are worthy of infinite love. Dont let others say otherwise. Allow yourself to see the magic that exists in you. You are a queen and a king. The real meaning of life, peaceful life, and success begins with empowering yourself, loving yourself, listening to your needs, and validating, respecting and accepting yourself. Allow yourself to be the magical and beautiful soul you are to be.

I love you all, and I am sending infinite love and gratitude. Thanks for all your support!

Hello everyone,

The purpose of this channel is to help us all grow into the best version of ourselves, disconnect from the world, and find our reality to live our truth. If you want to change your life, change your questions, because questions are answers.

Moving forward, I will post questions to encourage all of us to adapt to a new way of thinking. By doing this, we can appreciate authenticity and find and live our values. By doing so, we can create a cycle where we wake up every single day to support and inspire each other.

You inspire me, and I encourage you to read the questions and take your time to find answers. No answer is a wrong answer, as our answers change every single day with new experiences, thoughts, and events. Don't be afraid to ask your inner self these questions. If you think it is hard, you are right. It is supposed to be hard, which is why the majority of us run away from knowing ourselves and living those truths.

I am excited to hear your answers. If you answer, then that would tell me you care about your future, well-being, and the people around you. You care about change. You care enough to regain control and do something about things you don't like.

Finding the answers sometimes takes days or weeks, so don't rush it. The idea is to keep you thinking and direct your thought process towards reality.

What is one limiting belief you are living with right now?

How does this belief affect your daily life or decisions?

What empowering new truth will you replace this belief with? This is your reality and it is beautiful to be present and get to know yourself.

Rising Beyond Limits: The Joy of Being a Woman

Under Afghanistan's relentless sun, I learned the power of 'no'—not as a whisper, but as a declaration against a symphony of 'musts' that sought to define us. A no to the voices that confined us beneath the blue shroud of a burqa, to a destiny etched by men who knew nothing of our strength, struggles, or needs.

For nineteen years, I wrestled with the chains of a belief system that demanded our silence, obedience, and unflinching submission. But the truth? It was never ours. It was a journey not just of years but of generations, a legacy of silent 'nos' that found a voice in me that I tried to step into—my light, learning about my self-worth and values. As a woman, I cannot express my immense joy and gratitude for embracing my femininity and all that it entails. From how I dress to how I express myself, being a woman is a beautiful experience that brings me great happiness, and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

To be a woman is to be a storm of power, an ode to the beauty of complexity. It is the soft defiance in choosing oneself in a world that tells us our worth is secondary, our voices quieter, and our bodies are not our own. I have endured the weight of labels—too much, too visible, too bold. Yet, here I stand, embracing the tempest unapologetically.

What it means to be a woman is to embody resilience, to carry within oneself a wellspring of life that refuses to be contained. It's about embracing the chaos, the mess, and the sheer beauty of our existence with a smile that knows the fight and a heart that knows peace. It's about finding the courage to be yourself in a world that still struggles to understand what that means.

I stand not alone but shoulder to shoulder with the ghosts of women past, the dreams of girls, and the stories of Afghan women yet to come. To claim my womanhood is to dance in the face of storms, as we are the melody in a song too long sung by one voice.

Our womanhood is a choir of strength that rises above the lens of doubt. It is the art of turning scars into stories and fears into bridges and stories to inspire, lead and be enough. This isn't just a fight against what is; it's a choir singing for what can be. It's about turning whispers into conversations, turning conversations into actions. It is paramount to avoid viewing oneself through the lens of men's eyes to determine one's worth, beauty, or adequacy. Such a perspective not only deteriorates our self-worth but also creates a cultural norm that only considers male compliments, actions, and attention as the criterion for feeling worthy of love.

This doesn't mean that we should go against men, as we all need love and companionship, but it is crucial to reduce the stigma around women frequently judging themselves through this lens. By doing so, we can free ourselves from holding back and appreciate our own worth and value.

Lastly, I invite you to question your existing beliefs and try seeing things from a different perspective rather than labelling me as a feminist or anything else. This is not just about how we treat women or how women treat themselves, but the larger consequences that affect society's progress and development.

I am the voice, the dream, and the defiant joy that needs no permission to sing. I refuse such measures to determine my worth by the eyes that see but do not perceive our depth. I am the sum of my actions, beliefs, and love for myself as a gift and for a world that can be better.

Let's start with understanding and end with action. It's not just about celebrating the existence of women but honouring their impact every single day and recognizing our integral role in how you can contribute or shape this narrative.

Today, I celebrate being a woman because it is beautiful despite our hardships. I celebrate the fire, the river within me, and all the women out there. This narrative is mine, ours, and every woman's. We are the heart of humanity, and it's time our pulse and story are felt in every corner of society.

This could be me. This could be you!

Don't give up yet!

Articulating my feelings has always been a challenge. Yet a recent photograph stirred a profound sense of gratitude within me. Life, as painted by societal constructs, false beliefs, and sometimes the misuse of religion for manipulation, is a complex tapestry I navigate as an Afghan.

This identity, despite its association with stories of adversity—, the burning of schools and the silent cries of millions of girls longing to contribute to their country's rebuilding—is an honour I carry.

Five years ago, I left Afghanistan, driven by a hunger to awaken the soul of a nation that, all too often, silences its women. In a TED Talk I once gave, I shared a childhood secret: I wished to be a boy, inspired not by questions of identity but by a society that saw women as lesser. Under the spell of a BeyoncĂŠ song, my nine-year-old self craved the freedoms granted to Baktash, a name I once chose for myself.

Now, my narrative has evolved at twenty, shaped by hard work, dreams, and a relentless fight for my rights. Yet, this journey pales in comparison to the struggles faced by countless Afghan girls trapped in a patriarchal cage, their fates dictated by distorted religious ideologies, and a state that thrives on their suppression, yet we watch.

Last night, a photograph rekindled these reflections. When I made eye contact with her beautiful eyes, I thought this could be me sitting there. This could be me who would be raped. This could be me getting beaten up until I undress myself or put a chair under my feet so I can feed the man who is older than my dad's age. That could be me having too many children. That could be me, who would be carrying the pain under Burga, feeling hopeless that no one is coming to save me. That would be who, from disappointment, would give up on her life. Now, this is the life of half of Afghanistan's society. I melted! I was feeling fear for her; I couldn't dare to feel brave, fight, or scream! I could not even tear up or feel my emotions or my pain. I was so breathless in a cage that they assumed it was my home and where I belonged.

In the eyes of a girl not unlike myself, I saw the shared potential for suffering—abuse, oppression, and the heavy chains of a life unchosen. This image, a mirror of possible realities, left me heartbroken and reaffirmed my perseverance.

I have dreamt of becoming a lawyer to use my voice for those silenced by injustice. This photograph has clarified my path more than ever.

To the girl in the picture and all those like her, hear my promise: I will not forget you. Your struggle fuels my dedication to studying harder and raising my voice louder...

I once hesitated to speak out, fearing political labels. But silence is not an option.

Don't give up. Your stories and your pain are not unseen. I will continue to write, fight, and advocate until you can write your future, where your chains are broken and your voices can finally soar.

Mastering Exam Prep: Efficient Study Strategies and Smart Breaks!

Hey everyone!

Welcome back to our vlog. Today, we're focusing into something that affects so many of us: exam prep. You've probably been there, putting in endless hours but not seeing the grades you want. It's frustrating, right? Well, let's unpack this and turn your hard work into success.

1. Efficient Study Techniques: Work Smarter, Not Harder!

First off, it's crucial to understand that more hours don't always mean better results. Our brains work best when we study smart. Here's how:

Spaced Repetition: It's a game-changer! Instead of cramming, spread out your study sessions over days or weeks. This technique is backed by science and helps move information from short-term to long-term memory.

Active Recall: Close your books and test yourself. Recall what you've studied without looking at your notes. It's tough, but it solidifies your knowledge.

Interleaved Practice: Mix up different topics or types of problems in a single study session. This approach improves problem-solving skills and helps you apply knowledge more flexibly.

2. The Art of Taking Breaks: Yes, They're Essential!

Breaks are not a waste of time – they're part of effective studying. Your brain needs downtime to process and absorb information. Here's how to take breaks the right way:

The Pomodoro Technique: Study for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. After four cycles, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes. This keeps your mind fresh and focused.

Physical Activity: During breaks, get moving! A quick walk or some stretching can boost blood flow to your brain, enhancing cognitive function.

Mindfulness or Meditation: Even a few minutes of mindfulness can reduce stress and improve concentration.

3. Analyzing and Adjusting: Why Effort Doesn't Always Equal Success

It's tough to see students who put in so much effort but don't get the grades they deserve. Often, the issue is not the effort but the method. Are you re-reading the same notes repeatedly? Are you spending hours on topics you already know? It's time to reflect and adjust:

Reflect on Your Methods: Are you using active recall and spaced repetition, or are you just passively reading?

Seek Feedback: Sometimes, outside perspectives can pinpoint where you're going wrong. Don't hesitate to ask teachers or peers for advice.

4. Learning to Think: Ask Yourself Questions

Critical thinking is key. Don't just memorize; understand. Here's a simple tactic: after studying a topic, ask yourself questions like:

"Why is this important?"
"How does this connect to what I already know?"
"Can I explain this to someone who has no clue about it?"

5. Final Thoughts: Your Brain is Your Ally

Remember, your brain is incredibly powerful, but it has its limits. Respect those limits, and work with them, not against them. Embrace efficient study techniques, take meaningful breaks, and always be open to adjusting your strategies. You've got this!

That's all for today's vlog. Stay curious, stay motivated, and let's ace those exams
together!

There won't be a live stream tomorrow. I have my driving test (rescheduled due to snow), multiple doctor appointments, and four classes.

Important Note:

I just want to remind you that you’re important and cared for. If today was tough, that’s okay, it happens to the best of us. But remember, you’re not alone. You’ve got people who believe in you and are here for you when you need them. Don’t be too hard on yourself; everyone has those days when things don’t go according to plan.

You’ve got a lot of strength within you, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. Take each day at a time, and don’t forget to acknowledge the small wins. They really do add up. And hey, it’s perfectly fine to ask for help or to take a break when you need it. Tomorrow’s a new day, and it brings new possibilities and new opportunities to do better.

So, take a deep breath, shake off the day, and remember that you are appreciated, just for being you. Here’s to lifting your mood and to a better tomorrow. You’ve got this!

I’ve decided to give myself a break tonight to just unwind and take it easy. I am dealing with some stuff right now and it stresses me, I try to stay positive for all of us here. Because we have each other. So, I’m going to relax tonight and get in the right headspace. No work, no stress, just some quiet time for me. Tomorrow is all about self-care, doing things that make me happy, and recharging. It’s important to take this time, and I’m looking forward to it. See you on the other side, refreshed and ready to go!

Tomorrow I will study in my room for 12 hours, so no one can disturb the stream.
