About me : I am from Miami, Florida by way of Atlanta, GA. I am a graduate of THEE Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. I served 5 years on active duty as a Naval Officer and now I am a fitness enthusiast & trainer!
I created this channel to share with you the things that I have learned through many life lessons and experiences. I am also on a journey to rediscover who I am at my core and to strengthen my overall mental, physical and emotional well-being.
