I really like these expression marks in the event. I never thought I needed them to make the characters more expressive.
(before, I think they only use these for the hangout quests)

*second picture is spoilers for some routes of Layla's hangout*
Layla and her photo with Traveler
how she met Traveler(mushroom pokemon event story):
Layla first met Traveler in Sumeru's shroom tournament in Port Ormos, there she met Yae Miko as well. Traveler entered because he just wanted the money, Layla entered to get more budget for her thesis research, and Yae entered to get reference material for her writers
(this event was in the early days of Sumeru, so most people probably already forgot about this)

Spoiler, but then again who reads the story in these small events:
the bugs that you were fighting were actually bred by Ororon, and he's been feeding them with abyssal energy to make them produce better phlogiston honey. in a way these bugs are like a honey bee farm he's been keeping
Yes, we've basically been ransacking Ororon's honey bee farm

"Another wise and beautiful soul has stolen your heart haven't they?"
well, Furina's not exactly 'wise' but I think she fits the bill.
I don't remember much about this event, but this dialogue with Yae is actually missable if you don't talk to her during a specific day in the event. I think I was just lucky that time
traveler dialogue weirdness 3

I make translation of genshin, project sekai, and stuff I found on the internet. Sometimes I also do gameplay stuff where I blab about nonsense.
Note: I don't actually live in Algeria. Youtube doesn't have "anonymous" as a location
also did you know about one of Franz Kafka's best-known works called "The Metamorphosis" published in 1915? it tells the story of salesman Gregor Samsa, who wakes one morning to find himself transformed into a huge insect(ungeheuren Ungeziefer). After some time his family neglected him for being useless because of the transformation. Eventually he simply died from starvation and infected wounds
the general interpretation of the story is how society will alienate and even resent someone for being different, or another of how a family coping for one of them being a useless member of society.
