What is the difference between the Warm-up and Cool down Stretches? and why they are so important?
Stretching before you exercise is called warm-up this is a dynamic movement (moving) to prepare your body for the workout that you will do.
Cool down stretches- is after workout stretches. this is a static movement (hold for at least 10 sec)for your muscle recovery.
TIP: Always take time to do these stretches as part of your routine to avoid risks to your muscles.

Why do you need Personal training with certified Coaches?
-Certified coaches have different training compared to fighters. it's not because you know how to punch doesn't mean you know how to teach. we learn all the basic pad works techniques and different types of executions. Yes! we do learn that. we only don't learn about fighting without learning how to use those kick-pads and punch-pad.
