Four Ways We Can Move Through Our Reality
Every day, consciously or unconsciously, we meet Life from one of these 4 states of mind. Our state of mind creates the feeling in our body that creates a vibration we operate on.
The first state of mind is meeting life as it happens TO us. We look into the world, our current circumstances, the economy, and the competition; someone is going faster than us, doing it better than us, and the voices of doubt begin to win. Inertia follows doubt, and the dullness takes over. The day is lost to overanalyzing, procrastinating, and not moving forward on our goals and dreams. This is where we drop our awareness to the level of a VICTIM. We are not connected to our inner power and feel at the mercy of our environment.
The second state of mind is when we find a sense of WILL to turn that around and remind ourselves that our THOUGHTS create our reality. We take our power back by reclaiming our FOCUS. We remember that what we feel about the NOW creates what will happen next. We transform by taking control of our attitude and choosing to ACT on our dreams in spite of doubt. The choice to ACT rekindles the flame, and we begin to move forward, trusting that life is happening FOR us. Every challenge is driven by a hidden potential within it. Our actions unfold that potential. We take the attention off our perceived limitations and focus on hidden opportunities to be of service. We activate our MANFIESTOR consciousness by manifesting through the alignment of our thought + feeling + will.
The third state of being is a dance. It is a state of mind that is rooted in surrendering to the Intelligence of Life and giving yourself up to a Higher Service. "Life, move THROUGH me today. Take command of this mind, body, and all of my actions so I am being an instrument of your Grace." This is the beginning of the miraculous, magical, and the way of synchronicity. You are not meeting your day through your will and effort alone, but an intentional alignment to be in the FLOW with Life.
The fourth stage is a complete MERGING with Life; moving out of the way so your I AM PRESENCE can move AS you. A sense of calm and lucid PRESENCE is who you choose to BE, and your BEINGNESS is broadcast into the world. The path of least resistance, the alchemy of liberated love in action, and your embodying your TRUTH is how you move through your day. No matter what happens, your LOVE and TRUST What Is because you know separation is an illusion; since you're ONE with Life, everything that occurs is LIFE unfolding as you.
To me, by me, through me, and as me.
What will you CHOOSE to BE today? How will you meet life today?
One choice will lead to more expansion, and another choice will drag you into contraction. You are never stuck; that is the truth. Shifting your mind, the body follows, and the power of choice changes what happens next.

AUTHENTICITY
Courage to be true to yourself.
Authenticity is a muscle you build with every authentic conversation you are willing to have. Authenticity is a choice to reveal yourself, the parts that are not easy to show to another. Authenticity is a choice to stop dancing around a topic you are afraid to speak about and lean in.
Authenticity is a process of bringing things to light.
It not only heals, but it elevates and expands you into your greater selfāthe one that is not afraid of any conversation but seeks to deepen a connection.
Connection is a human need; without it, we wither and die inside. Real connection can only be built on our willingness to be seen as we areāboth in our shadow and in our light.
The more authentic we become, the lighter we will feel. We will begin to move through the world with a smileānothing to hide, nothing to avoid, and only more to understand, embrace, and welcome.
Authenticity means letting go of fear and letting yourself be seen.
When we are seen, we feel loved.

āwhat does it mean to Embody Oneness?
It is about surrendering to the Web of Life moment by moment. Dissolving the illusion of separation. Becoming the field of presence to the best of your ability. Awakening the fullness of your innocence, wonder, and living in awe. Each day to align your will to the will of the Whole. Living in listening to the pulse of life. To choose to be connected to the One Cosmic Heart. To be gentle with oneself when a connection is temporary lost, knowing the return can be made through your next breath. Each new breath offers you an opportunity to re-connect. Attunement becomes oneās key practice.
What does it mean to embody your Divinity?
Is to release any patterns of thought that you need to wait for someone, to save you, to release you from imaginary burdens. It is to anchor yourself in the truth of your own power, to take responsibility for every part of your creation. Your life is your creation, everything you have in your reality right now is a reflection of what you chose to create. It is also a reflection of your past thinking. New thoughts plant new seeds in your reality. Choosing to be in your Divinity means choosing to look at your life with innocence again. To look at your life with a sense of wonder, āLook at what I created! Look who I called into my life to reflect to me my current state of embodiment. This is incredible, I wonder what will I choose to focus on next? What would I prefer to experience?ā When you embody your Divinity in human form, you begin to feel playful, as a child playing with clay, you begin to remember you can affect matter.
What does it mean to embody your Joy?
Is to living from the inner knowing that joy is a wellspring of your inner bliss. There is a fountain within you that you can access anytime you come into stillness. When you slow down the vibrations of your mind, slowing down your heartbeat with your breath to come into the central point, a portal opens within. You make a contact with the deepest part of you, the part of you that will never die, cannot be ever harmed, an Eternal Witness of your human adventure. Joy is a realization of the inner liberation.

For all truth is simple in its essence. Joy is the highest frequency that when you connect to it, will uplift you and help you see beyond the veil of illusion. Open your heart to the cosmic play and remember yourself as an actor in the divine theatre. Today is all you have, forget the past, it is gone, the future will never arrive, it is all happening NOW - Next Opportunity Wonder - next opportunity for wonder. Are you wondering what this all is about? It is a very playful experiment. Your spirit self was eager to return to this physical density one more time, for the joy of adventure, the joy of feeling everything, and the joy of meeting itās soul group in a new way. What my Guides wish me to know right now?
Beloved Initiate, you are learning to be at peace and trust in the gap. You have just successfully completed a major process, holding space and guiding a group of beings in Peru. You brought all of you to the process, your presence, power, and love. Celebrate that and nourish yourself in the gap. No need to rush to the next creation. It is being weaved by itself. Divine Will, Divine Mystery, and Divine Timing are at play.
You key job is to activate and cultivate Oneness. Embody Oneness as your regular state of awareness. May we remind you that that present moment is the safest place to be. You can expand your wings in the safety of the present moment. Joy arises from that realization. You are held and watched over by many wise beings. We know what you need for your mission on earth. We are here and you are never alone.
It is a good thing that youāre recording your conversations with us. It is not only for you but for those you will share your writings with.

Dear Spirit Guides, i am curious, what makes someone expand? Is there a formula for expansion? Geometry of expansion?
Beloved Initiate, we want to remind you that expansion through effort is one of the ways to create it, and it is not a necessarily curriculum for you at this point. Expansion through naturalness is what we are inviting you to attune to. It is a matter of attunement, energetically. Attune and get familiar with the energy of expansion that youāre desiring to become one with. Become clear and specific: what expansion do you wish to see in your reality? What would it mean to you? Why is it attractive to you? What do you desire to experience through expansion?
Remember, in a holographic universe, whether you serve one or millions, you serve the Whole.
Can you imagine expansion and simplicity, together?
As within, so without. Breathe expansion, welcome an expanded version of YOU, allow and receive the miracles.
Release the crutch of āeffort.ā Activate the code of āeffortlessnessā. In your presence, all opportunities exist. Allow. Trust. Flow in your joy. Expansion is inevitable. We are excited to see your dance with it.

He is SO wise that one of his names is being THRICE-wise.
His story began growing up in a temple. Now, THAT is a glorious way to start your life if you ask me.
Just imagine you are being introduced to the magic and universal wisdom from childhood! He was so devoted to his temple arts study, his eagerness to fulfill his potential, and his sincerity that one day, he was brought before a Being Who Had the Power to grant him ANY wish.
The story goes that even though he could ask for ANYTHING:
like ALL the wealth, all the sensory delight, all the power, you name it...
he asked for...
WISDOM.
WISDOM.
WISDOM.
In the Emerald Tablets, we read, "Wisdom is power, and power is wisdom; both serve the perfection of the Whole."
He got his wish and became the first IMMORTAL, meaning he learned the secrets of the Universe and how to preserve his consciousness when going through death (instead of dropping his consciousness into oblivion with each death process).
Since then, he has brought SO many gifts to humanity:

- He brought Alchemy and Astrology
