Who is we?
Brittney has been personal training and nutrition counseling for 13+ years; with a bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science as well as a minor in nutrition; now she wants to broaden her expertise with helping YOU!
Miranda is a certified personal trainer with a successful macro coaching business. She previously worked in the medical field as a medical assistant for 12+years and has recently become a mother of a baby girl. She is looking forward to getting out of her comfort zone and bringing you along for the ride.
WE met in a Big Box gym and became great friends just talking about life and our future goals.
Together we put our brains together and decided people needed more to do at home and a safe place to go and find useful information in regards to nutrition and exercise.
