This is kind of random but you should know that ashwagandha supplements are toxic to the liver. They are commonly regarded as perfectly safe, but I tried them for a bit and actually felt discomfort in my liver. After doing some research, I found they have caused acute liver damage in many people. There’s probably a bunch of you that take them because they’re so popular.
