I hurt my back. This update isn't as serious as it sounds, but I'm letting everyone know just in case something with it does develop. I was working out maybe a week ago and apparently had improper form while doing Bulgarian Split Squats. I was holding a thirty pound weight in each hand and trying to work on my glutes. I've done this workout plenty of times prior, which is why when my back suddenly started hurting really bad I was surprised. Over the course of the week the pain has been going down, but now it's at a point where it's a manageable pain that hasn't been going down. I went to a chiropractor to let them check out the damage, and they told me that there isn't anything too serious to worry about. There isn't a slipped disc (which is what I was fearing since my dad had a slipped disc when he was around my age) and so long as I workout my core doing exercises that doesn't strain my back (dead bug exercises) I should relieve a lot of tension from my back. It's only my lower left side, so it's very isolated. I can get away with taking ibuprofen and be mostly normal. But without a pain killer, there's a constant pain. If anything about this develops or gets worse, then I'll let you guys know. Otherwise, crossing my fingers that the money I'm spending on the chiropractor is going to help.

Does anyone have any evidence of the Foamy Card Cult being real?
