Big visions never make sense to small-minded people.

If you want to have a greater impact, youā€™ll have to make greater sacrifices.

Just 8 years ago:
We ate at 7-Eleven.
Slept in Extended Stays.
Barely had $1,000 saved after 19 months of work.

This year:
Our companies crossed $200M in revenue.
We bought a headquarters here in Las Vegas.
We grew our team at Acquisition.com to 50 people.

What I learned: Success is accessible to anyone willing to do the work required.

My message to you: Donā€™t let anybody kill your dreams ā¤ļø

Treat your marriage more like a privilege and less like an obligation and I would bet youā€™re more likely to stay happily married.

Every time I see a troll comment on my posts, I just think to myself, ā€œThis is why youā€™re broke"

Thereā€™s no revenge you can inflict on a hater thatā€™s worse than their own life.

Don't dismiss stress and anxiety as weaknesses. Think of them as care on steroids.

You care so deeply about your company, team, and customers so you stress over things.

Use these emotions as a tool to be a better leader.

Consider every perspective and communicate in a way that includes all departments and individuals.

Embrace and understand these feelings; don't push them away.

Use them to propel yourself and your business forward with empathy and consideration for those around you.

Usually, overwhelm is a symptom of low clarity and high demand.Ā

So the problem isn't that we're working too hard.Ā

Rather, we're working too hard on things that don't matter to us.

Life Hack:Ā

Days you feel ā€˜badā€™ for no particular reason are great days to do the things youā€™ve been procrastinating due to not wanting to feel ā€˜badā€™

You already feel bad, mine as well use it to get something done.Ā

I like to tell think this is ā€œgetting good at feeling badā€

Not only can you do everything as planned, but you can also do MORE.Ā

Many people wait for days they feel good to tackle big tasks, but what if you could use the other 50% as well?Ā

I love using days I feel bad to do things I havenā€™t wanted to do.

Ironically - the day usually ends feeling pretty good šŸ™ƒ

Resting is more productive than saying yes to shit you donā€™t wanna do.

I used to try to be perfect.

Why? I was deathly afraid my team and clients would realize iā€™m a flawed human as well (lol)

As much as I try to always have my sh*t togetherā€¦

..there are many days I donā€™t.

Iā€™ve learned a lot in my career and one of the most valuable lessons that allows me to get more done is that, I can do things MY way - rather than the ā€œidealā€ way.

Just because I donā€™t see someone else doing it doesnā€™t mean it is ā€œwrongā€

Hereā€™s me getting my makeup & hair done while doing a 1-1 šŸ¤£

It works for ME.
