If you see 'phone verified' listed on the 'About' tab of a channel page, it means that the channel owner has voluntarily completed phone verification. Phone verification will only verify that a user owns their phone number. This label is visible to all users within India using YouTube on a computer, mobile device or on the YouTube app.
